Drawing upon our extensive experience of agency pitching, it's possible to identify those pitch winning behaviours adopted by agencies whose pitch conversion rates out-perform the market. 

How pitches are led and managed has a profound effect on pitch performance. The objective of this Skills Day is to improve your agency's pitch performance by developing the leadership skills of your pitch leaders, crucially how to deploy time and resources for competitive advantage.

You'll leave with a clear understanding of what it takes - before, during and after the pitch presentation - to convert more pitches, more often.

Great pitches are memorable, compelling and engaging. In this session, professional public speaker and magician Lee Warren will teach the skills needed to create and deliver a great pitch, every time. You’ll learn how to structure a pitch to get your message across and how to use the techniques of professional performers to engage the audience and stand out from the competition.
