The objectives for this academy are:

  • To understand how agencies get their clients to buy more of their products and services (consultative vs. transactional sales)
  • To reveal your Agency’s sales process
  • To highlight the immutable principles of selling Agency products and services
  • To identify & develop an understanding of effective Agency selling skills

 

The focus of this Academy is on your client–facing teams strategically selling your agency’s products and services. Drawing on tried and tested consultative selling techniques this is advanced level, solutions selling; it includes best practise principles, process as well as highly effective sales skills

Following a thorough Agency briefing to include an understanding of how you currently sell to your clients, the current level of sales skills & experience in the Group, this Academy culminates in a one day, off-site working session. Our approach is a mix of training and workshop.

The cost including Agency briefing, customisation of content, design and delivery is £5000 + VAT + venue.

Who should attend?

Those responsible for selling your Agency’s products and services to new and existing clients. We know from experience that these sessions are optimised at 6-8 people.
