What’s this all about then?
The objectives for this Academy will be:

  • To improve your agency’s pitch performance by developing the leadership skills of pitch teams
  • To review your current pitch behaviours and approaches
  • To understand the competitive advantages that can be created before, during and after the pitch presentation

Drawing upon our extensive experience of agency pitching, it is possible to identify pitch-winning behaviours adopted by agencies who frequently win. When the difference between winning a pitch or coming a ‘Close 2nd’ boils down to marginal differences, the objective of this day is to help your pitch teams exploit your agency’s competitive advantages more effectively.

This will include a full agency briefing session with jfdi® to ensure we have a thorough knowledge of your business, your current pitch process and management strategy, as well as background information on each of the attendees.

As part of our preparation, we will help you conduct a pitch audit and review your pitch performance. This preparatory work culminates in a one day, offsite, working session, facilitated by jfdi®.

Who should attend?
The key people in your agency ultimately responsible for leading and winning pitches. We know from experience that these sessions are optimised at 6 – 8 people.

What does it cost?
The Pitch Leadership Academy costs £5,000 + VAT.

When and where can we do this?
Because this academy is bespoke, we can do it anytime, anywhere. In terms of location, we recommend an inspirational, off-site venue to engage the team fully (so they’re not distracted by every-day agency life).
