Agency Entrepreneurship Academy

The most successful new-business-winning Agencies have a common trait: they’ve made new business everybody’s business, creating a culture where everyone is engaged in the pursuit of spotting and winning new clients.

In this bespoke Academy, we’ll work with the whole Agency - providing them with the skills they need to actively contribute to the new business effort, shifting the responsibility from the few to the many.

This can take many forms: by assuming responsibility for areas of the marketing programme, understanding how to raise the profile both of the Agency and individuals, knowing how to identify ideal prospects and then how to engage with them. We’ll also provide insights into the winning behaviours of the most successful agencies.

We’ll be asking for individuals to sign up for specific forward actions, which they will be responsible for delivering within a given time frame.
