The focus of this Academy is on your client–facing teams, developing their strategic selling skills to sell your Agency’s products and services. Drawing on tried and tested consultative selling techniques, this is advanced level, solutions selling. It includes best practice principles and process together with effective and proven sales techniques.

The programme begins with an Agency briefing to include an understanding of how you currently sell to your clients, and the current level of sales skills and experience within the group. It culminates in a one day, off-site working session. Our approach is a mix of training and workshop exercises.
