The jfdi InsideOut team provided a razor-sharp focus on building a New Business Machine for us from day one. As well as getting things done, they also transferred all their vast experience over to us and the team which meant that over a 9-month period they had created a new business machine that now has a life of its own and most importantly is owned by us – which is vital if you want to create a business with value.

We appointed jfdi to help us step towards a more strategic and pro-active approach to growth. Their experience helped us to identify mid/long term changes required to facilitate growth, alongside a short-term and pragmatic approach to driving leads. The latter opened doors that have since covered our investment in jfdi, and we have a much clearer strategy for the years ahead too.
